"Vivid is the only nail salon I go to for my nails! Lee and Holly do such a great job when I need a fill or a new set. They understand that I’m sensitive when it comes to the drill/file, so they’re extra careful with me. I’ve been to nail salons where they go too rough with the file and they get frustrated with me, so it’s such a relief to have nail tech that put in the extra effort. I love the amount of variety this salon has when it comes to nail decor. They’re always up to try and re-create whatever Pinterest picture I have. They have tons of nail stickers, chrome, powders, and art abilities that I have taken advantage of in my years of coming here. I don’t get pedicures as often as I get my nails done, but I’ll get a shellac polish change on my toes often. I usually have ingrown toenails that my nail tech will dig out for me without the pedicure, and it’s such a relief once they’re done. The last time I went in, I just got a single color fill with no fancy art or powders, and it was $45 for the fill. If I add chrome powders or fancy designs it’s usually $65-$70."

Holly has been doing my nails and she consistently exceeds my expectations. Whether I bring her a detailed inspo pic or just a general idea, she always brings it to life — and somehow makes it look even better than I imagined. The shaping is flawless, the structure is strong, and the designs are always clean and precise. My sets last for weeks without lifting or breaking and still look beautiful the entire time. What really stands out is her consistency. In 5+ years, I’ve never walked out disappointed. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and truly cares about her work — and it shows.
