Platinum Fade Salon

"I called on short notice and talked to Anthony who was able to get my two kids in on short notice. We had tried a salon MUCH closer to my house but that salon was unprofessional and not abiding my standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19. When we walked into Platinum Fade, there was a sign that required masks. Our temperature was taken. Everyone had masks on. They carefully sanitized everything after each client. We were greeted kindly and professionally when we entered and Anthony himself was perfectly on time and very pleasant. He asked my kids lots of questions to make sure he gave them the cut they wanted since we were new clients. The mood in that shop was LOVELY and it was sooooooo clean. This was a top notch establishment and I will be driving across town from here on out for such high quality service. My kids’ hair looked great and we couldn’t be any happier. THIS is how you run a business. Period."

"I wish they played music instead of the news. I go to the barber shop to feel good and look good. The news is basically the opposite of that. Give us hours where the TVs are off and beats are on the speakers and this place is 5 stars easy. Anthony was great. Highly recommended."

"Walked in and wasn’t greeted of any kind, just stared at. Sat in there for at least 20 minutes without a word said to us except for stares and glares. This poor boy getting his haircut started out with a fade and then all the sudden it was all being buzzed off. This kid was actually mad and shook his head at the barber. The lady and old man both got done with their clients and continued to not engage with us and actually went outside on a break and STILL no words spoken. Another customer comes in and was immediately greeted and asked if they had an appointment. After 30 minutes of this wonderful customer service I left. It amazes me how you guys have business WOW. That lil kid was crying after as well!"
