"Tony and Crystal always go above and beyond to accommodate any request. I get the dipping powder, always pleased with the outcome. Cuticles are cleaned, grow out is natural. Tons of colors, I love all the nudes/naturals the have to choose from. Zero complaints. Customer service is stellar, very kind husband and wife team. Often helping elderly ppl in their chairs, putting pillows behind their backs. These people CARE! Thu does a fabulous job with the pedicures, she so sweet. Very friendly and welcoming place to come. Been coming here since 2014, since Lynn and Henry days. Family shop with great quality service and HAPPY CLIENTS"
"I’ve been delighted with New York Nails since I started going there last summer - the very first time in my life I’d had a manicure or a pedicure They do an excellent, careful job grooming my nails, cuticles, clipping nails, and filing them. If I stopped there I’d be happy with their work I’m also delighted with their professional application of shellac color, which lasts on my hands up to a good 3 weeks, and on my feet 6 weeks - and I give my hands quite a beating, doing small fixes around my house, and light work on my motorcycle I’ve gotten compliments on their work, and am delighted to recommend them"
